What does 0.05% ACV mean?

ACV stands for Aggregate Contract Value. Hosts pay 0.05% of the total value of contracts managed within Teralo annually. For example, managing $10M in contracts costs just $5,000 per year.

What's the difference between a Contributor and a Host?

Contributors can access and collaborate on projects they are invited to at no cost. Hosts create and manage their own projects, set up contracts, and invite team members. Most subcontractors and consultants use Contributor accounts.

How is my project data secured?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. Your project documents, contracts, and correspondence remain confidential and are never shared with third parties.

Can I manage multiple projects?

Yes. Host accounts can create unlimited projects. Each project maintains its own contracts, documents, procurement packages, and team members. You can switch between projects easily from your dashboard.

What types of contracts can I manage?

Teralo supports all standard construction contracts including lump sum, cost-plus, and unit rate agreements. Track progress claims, variations, retentions, and schedule of values all in one place.

Can I import existing project data?

Yes. We support importing contracts, documents, and correspondence from Excel spreadsheets and other project management systems. Our team can assist with data migration for larger projects.
