What you will learn

• What is Procurement
  Open the package register grouped by category, with its Stage column, then the Timeline and Coverage tabs.

• Create a trade package
  Select Create Trade Package, complete Basic Information and Tender Information, and create the package, which opens on its Overview.

• Build the tender package
  Add the scope, build and publish the schedule, and submit the tender package for approval.

• Invite and compare tenderers
  Invite tenderers from the Directory or by email and compare their prices in the levelling grid.

• Recommend a tenderer
  Mark a tenderer as recommended, review the Recommendation tab and submit it for approval; approving it awards the package.
