Program

Advanced and look-ahead programs, task links and baselines.

What you will learn

  • What is Program
    Open the Programs tab to see each program as a card marked Advanced or Look-ahead, with any folders above the cards.

  • Create a program
    Select New Program, choose Advanced or Basic, and start an Advanced program from Blank or an MS Project XML file.

  • Build an Advanced schedule
    Add and link tasks in the task table, read the critical path on the Gantt chart and save a baseline.

  • Run a 4-week look-ahead
    Paint each task's working days by organisation, add tasks and sections, and print the look-ahead to PDF.
