Incidents and Injuries

What you will learn

• What is an incident
  Open the Incidents register to see each incident's number, type, location and status.

• Report an incident
  Select New Incident, choose the type, date and location, describe what happened and select Save & Issue.

• Follow the investigation
  Act on the Investigate, Review investigation and Close out steps of the incident's workflow.

• Record an injury
  Select New Injury, classify it, mark the body map and select Save & Issue.
