Tool settings and the public portal

What you will learn

• What is the Tool Settings grid
  Open Tools to see a card for each tool with settings, grouped by module, and search for a setting.

• Change a tool's lists
  Open a card or a chip to add to a tool's lists, and switch each organisation entry on for a project with Activate.

• Configure the public portal
  Open Public Site in the project's Tools to set its Public Documents, Minimum PPE and Contact Settings, then select Save Settings.

• Share the portal
  Copy the portal link or download its QR code from Public Site on the Project Dashboard.
