From an Invitation

The most common way to join Teralo is through a project invitation:

1. Open your invitation email - Look for an email from Teralo or the project host
2. Click the invitation link - This will take you to the sign-up page
3. Fill in your details:
   • First name and last name
   • Email address (usually pre-filled from the invitation)
   • Create a secure password
   • Phone number (optional but recommended)
4. Verify your email - Click the verification link sent to your email
5. Complete your profile - Add any additional information

Direct Sign-Up

You can also create an account directly at teralo.co:

1. Click Sign Up or Get Started
2. Choose your account type (Guest or Host)
3. Enter your details and create a password
4. Verify your email address

Completing Your Profile

After creating your account, complete your profile for the best experience:

• Profile Photo: Help team members recognise you
• Phone Number: For important project notifications
• Date of Birth: For account verification purposes
• Organisation Details: If applicable

Account Security

Keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable email notifications for login alerts
• Review connected devices regularly in Settings > Security
